5th cleaner sacked

Sorry .. yes I have missed the point here.
Just wondered why the cleaner felt he/she could get away with 30 mins work and not get caught out?
or did the cleaner really want the job after a few visits?
Hope OP gets it sorted0 -
cavework - all cleaners I've had so far have behaved in pretty much the same way unfortunately.
They all start off dead keen and the work is very good, then, with some of them, I started getting excuses why they couldnt come. (They were the ones who, I suspect, didnt really need the money but treated the job as an optional bit of extra money when the felt like it).
All of them though eventually started to tail off in quality and most of them I caught short-timing.
Why? My theory is there a lot of people out there who pay for a cleaner and really dont check/take any notice. And these cleaners are able to get away with it so they do it. I think its a common thing to be honest.
Based on my experience only of course, I think an honest good cleaner is an exception rather than the rule. There are a lot of people out there who want something for nothing and are not willing to work to achieve it.
(Pretty much like this country in general then).0
