Would you not be safer trying the S/W way of eating ,not so drastic as 5-2, especially if you are taking medication .

I could help you with that it,s easy and am sure tweets would help, I have lost 3st.
    Just a thought.

I would second SW as a good option, imho it lends itself to long term results.

Got my free 'silver' ring from Fire and Ice today that fairclaire posted about earlier this month. Got the LIVE one and it came in a dinky little gauze bag too.

    Thanks again fc :T

5:2 is only as drastic as you make it. With good planning, you can make 500 cals go a very, very long way!

A typical 5:2 day for me would be porridge with water, salad and fish/ham/chicken for lunch and a huge plate of stir fry veg for my evening meal. Altogether around about 500 cals, might be a bit over, might be a bit under, but done properly, 5:2 is every bit as effective as SW, WW, Lighter Life, Cambridge and all the other ones. Different ways of eating work for different people.

I was wondering about this - possibly JF in one shop and then the Baileys in a separate shop with fillers would have been better?

I do like the Linda Mc C veggie sausages so I am glad to see them again and the Ryvitas would be useful.

Also I am thinking of sticking with the HS rather than the impulse - keep OH happy.

The impulse set would make a great stocking filler though
    Hi mhoc:)
Yes my plan was to separate the shops but I was so so tired I forgot!!!! Yes I have 5 impulse sets now, 1 from last night and the others from when the glitch was last on. Great stocking fillers :)
I haven't tried the LM veggie sausages for ages, looking forward to them. The pasta should have compared to £1 but no joy!
