My daughter bought me one a few years ago as she raves about them. I did find I lost weight when cooking with it:D Unfortunately it only lasted a year, and the bulb went. I took it back to Robert Dyas where they refunded me the money. It was only £15, dont know if they still do them. I didnt buy another one a OH didnt like food cooked in it and cant be bothered just cooking for myself, so we are back to oven cooking.

Just be aware that you will probably be up and down to the loo tonight ! I averaged 5 times per night when I first started but it does settle down after a couple of weeks.

Nannylala, I can't recommend this weight loss CD enough. I'm a terrible dieter & love food but its working magic on me.
I've been using it for 13wks tomorrow and have lost 22lbs! This included being on hols most of that time.
Night before last after dinner I had a tin of rice pudding, yesterday wine with a meal (Tesco finest for 2 woopsied) to myself and a Cornish ice cream at the theatre (free tkts).
The only thing I have changed is I'm not snacking, the weight is really falling off me. Maybe I'm just susceptible to mind tricks?
