    Thanks FC,another freebie hopefully :T

mhoc,I'll hold you to that :D

I'd love to lose a few pounds but OH didn't seem too impressed when I said about the 5:2 diet,I don't think he wants to eat his evening meal alone :rotfl:

He needs to lose weight too,but he's got no interest in it,he eats far too much rubbish when he's at work, you should see his lunchbox :rotfl:

Myself and mr monkey decided last weekend that we aren't allowed to eat after 8pm unless its fruit...that's our worst time. We eat rubbish when the monkeys go to bed, chocolate, crisps, biscuits etc we are doing quite well this week so far. Saturday nights don't count as that will be our treat night... We will see which one of us cracks first:)

It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.

Good luck,if you're doing it together that's half the battle,OH won't entertain losing weight at all :(

I think it's carbs with me,I've put on weight since OH moved in,we eat too much pasta and rice.

I used to live off chocolate when I lived on my own and not much food and I was thinner then lol

Just be aware that you will probably be up and down to the loo tonight ! I averaged 5 times per night when I first started but it does settle down after a couple of weeks.

Thankyou for this tbw but it will not really make a lot of difference to me as that is a usual night for me due to my condition;)

I bought 12 yesterday but was v S - Im sure they were 6 for £3 in A so you would have to buy in 6's if thats the case to get your multibuy. However...I think I saw someone post 10 for £4 earlier in A but not sure if I am remembering right :o
