Thanks tigerwhite for posting! :money:
I'm still not quite sure why this worked as thought once on A.com it was game over.
Is this below correct?
midday apg super computer updates prices from msm (no mbuy on HE)
some point after, the HE becomes 2f£4 on A.com and msm picks this up.
next morning 6am ish the apg super computer updates prices from msm again.
If so, I wonder if you need to claim APG before the 6am update :think:Mumto2monkeys wrote: »Please don't think this is a stupid question....but do food banks take shampoo???
For DD harvest festival school would like donations for the local food bank.. I was thinking of sending some of the free Pantene we got a while ago.

Yes my plan was to separate the shops but I was so so tired I forgot!!!! Yes I have 5 impulse sets now, 1 from last night and the others from when the glitch was last on. Great stocking fillers
I haven't tried the LM veggie sausages for ages, looking forward to them. The pasta should have compared to £1 but no joy!
The Linda Mc red onion and rosemary sausages taste very yum in sausage baps with the usual things like onions or pickle
I am also thinking of Christmas soir!e nibbles - cocktail stick with a chunk of sausage, pickle, cube of cheese, cherry tomato“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Afternoon:)many thanks for all the post re 5-2 diet and others.I have decided to do the 5-2 diet to kick start me as I know once I am in the right mind set I will be able to sort myself out.The Doc telling me has finally made me do something about it as it has crept on over the years since giving up smoking:eek:Have just stopped for a drink and have not eaten today but feel fine and have been drinking plenty;) I have kept really busy and having a NSD to boot has helped.

A typical 5:2 day for me would be porridge with water, salad and fish/ham/chicken for lunch and a huge plate of stir fry veg for my evening meal. Altogether around about 500 cals, might be a bit over, might be a bit under, but done properly, 5:2 is every bit as effective as SW, WW, Lighter Life, Cambridge and all the other ones. Different ways of eating work for different people.
I like it because I am only restricted on certain days - the rest of the time I eat whatever I fancy within reason ie if I really want some chocolate I have it and also a glass of wine with dinner but I don't go overboard and eat double the norm to make up for the fast day!
I can't be doing with having to be ultra careful with what I eat every single day for weeks/months on end. Boredom kicks in and I fall of the wagon - doesn't have time to do that with 5:2.
As you say, different plans suit different people - and this one suits me.ELITE 5:2

totally agree with you.. if my jeans feel tight, i do 5:2. It's quick and if you fancy pizza, then you just wait until the day after. I like it, i tend to plan it for when I'm in work (no shops near me, or temptation, plus i have a jug of water on my desk that i constantly drink). anyway, a is calling me xxTiger
