Well done on the overnight sales :TT grr to troublesome ebayer.
I have every faith that you will achieve your aims but for the next month just try and slow down and take care of yourself.0 -
Thanks retired
I just find it hard not doing stuff at home. I can see so much that needs doing and I don't like not being able to do it.

Hi jwil,
I'm new to this site but found your thread. Most important thing to say to you is please see a chiropractor about your SPD. I was pretty much crippled after my first baby. Couldn't go for a wee without screaming in pain. I had to have my hips realigned and spine put back in place after pregnancy. Second time round I saw the chiropractor all the way through it meant I could keep driving and walking. It also made he labour better second time around. I know it's money when you don't have any but it will enable to look about jwil junior and the new baby so it's really worth it.
Well done on all the de cluttering. It's been my salvation with second baby. Felt like I was drowning in mess and baby stuff but I feel like I'm getting my home back. I have made over a thousand since August I think. But I never feel like I'm doing well enough with it. Husbands getting a bit fed up with it. But I love Sunday auction nights.
Very jealous of you for all your success good luck with SPD. Nice to find someone similar on here xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000

It must be very tough. You are doing so well though clearing the debt. Lovely to hear from you again, I often wonder how you are getting on x"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Hi Kitten, thanks for popping in
I really can't afford to spend anything at the momentbut I do have a physio appointment next week so will see what they say. My SPD went very quickly after little jwil so I will see how it goes this time. If it doesn't disappear and I don't have any luck with the physio I will definitely take your advice.
Well done on the decluttering, a thousand in a few months is brilliant :T :T It's lovely seeing it all leave the house isn't it
Do hang around"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Well I don't even listen to myself
I haven't been feeling too bad today so have sorted out the rest of the baby clothes, bagged them up into different age bands, and put them away for the baby. I have started washing everything that will be needed straight away. A big bag of clothes has been put out for the car boot sale as well. I might do some ebay bundles but can't be bothered to iron at the moment, so I'll worry about that after the baby arrives.
Also have finished packing my hospital bag, thought I'd better as I'm officially term now
I have packed all the ebay stuff from today's sales, and have listed another 25 items. I've staggered some of them so they won't all go out at the same time. DH will just have to help with the packing and posting.
Also caught up with surveys.
Plan for the weekend is to get the car seats out and check them over and get them ready to put in the cars. Also set up the Moses basket.
I can't remember if I posted, but our favourite car boot sale suddenly closed without warning. That's a shame as it's all year round and we have always sold well over winter. It's apparently going to be back in some form or other next year. It's nice to have a lie in, and I wasn't going to any more for the time being, so it's not a huge deal for me, but DH was disappointed. It does mean we should get more out than in though
Going to try and update the lists. No payments, but decluttering etc continues.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

was it just two visits to the chiropractor ???? I'm still suffering a bit with my hips and pelvis since having my third child, had spd with all three all really baby to the point of hospitalisation so I think a visit to a chiropractor might be beneficial xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -

As I say very new. Don't know how to quote or subscribe or anything but I'll try my best. With my first I didn't see the chiropractor til a year or so after. I kept being told it would be fine and it wasn't as bad as it had been in pregnancy so you get to a point where you don't know what normal is or that pain all day and everyday isn't normal. I saw him quite a few times and got everything back in alignment just in time to fall pregnant again. Had maybe 4/5 appointments during pregnancy and only a few since.
It really depends how your body does spd. Mine completely misaligns and then has a knock on effect to my whole spine to compensate. If you recovered quickly you should be fine I guess. But if you're still suffering I say go. You can be back to pain free - I know I've been there. I pay £38 a time I think because I pay for 3 sessions. When I saw a physio they wouldn't touch me because I was pregnant but some physios are much better so see how you go.
I think I just feel a bit pants because I've sold the bulk of it and it's just trickles now. The jumperoo is glaring at me with its massive-ness taking over the front room. He knows he's here to stay til may probably. The git. The bouncers days are numbered at least lol
