Hi jwil
You're doing amazing with the sales, listing & decluttered too :T
Sorry to hear about the pain you're in - definitely keep the physio appointment as you say you may still benefit from it then too ((hugs)) though hon & I'm sorry I can't suggest anything else to help x
I'd be tempted to return the book with the damaged cover saying you were in a rush & hadn't realised when you bought it :whistle:I know what you mean with things like that though I'm really trying not to let things like that get to me when they happen xx
Your payments are fab too - unlike mine where I've had a huge splurge in a moment of needing to live a bit & have things I want & need nowwhoops xx

Thanks DDFWI've got an appointment for the week before I'm due, so whilst the midwife doesn't think it's worth going, I'm still going to in case they can give me tips for the birth and after.
I have decided to keep the book. I made a special trip into town to get it, so couldn't return it even if I wanted to as I very rarely go in and am not planning on doing it again. I'm still annoyed though
How are you getting on? A splurge isn't the end of the world, you can reign back in again. Did you buy anything nice?"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Hey everyone. Not sure how much more I'm going to be able to achieve. I think I might have to face defeat.
Today I'm in so much pain I can barely moveI've got a few ebay parcels to pack, but I think I'm going to have to give up until baby is here. I'll see how things go. It's disappointing and I really need the cash, but not a lot I can do about it.

Hi Jwil
I understand you are disappointed that sales may need to be put on hold, but your health must come first. It will only be for a short time until you are back on your feet again but you need to take it easy for a while. You have come so far in a short time so just sit back and reflect on your journey so far. You can prep things ready for eBay when your are feeling better and baby has settled into a routine.
Take care of yourself

Thanks stressed mum
I think it's just stressing me as I've got loads of outgoings this month, as well as the big C so need the cash.
I have decided to pay my car tax and probably insurance monthly next year to hopefully soften the blow, and means I don't have to find that outright this month.
Fingers crossed MOT won't be too painful, although I know I need at least one tyre.
I've shifted the mortgage payment to come out on 1st of month rather than mid month, so I know that's done and dusted and the money's gone so I'm not tempted to dip into it and then have to find it again.
I'll probably still try and get the odd thing on ebay if I can, but won't get loads on at once as it's too hard to keep up with the packing and posting.
I've got the consultant next week again so will see if they can help at all. I can't cope with this pain level for a few more weeks. I'm also disturbing DH at night when it's taking me ages just to turn over and I'm crying out in pain."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Sorry to hear you're in so much pain you are going to have to rest and take it easy. I don't know what your financial position is other than money is tight. Can you pay your mortgage and council tax and contact the others and offer reduced payments until after miss jwil is born. I know it drags the debts out a little longer but one you are up and about properly you can aim to catch up. Is Mr jwil able to help out either financially or practically. You are after all in a patership.
Take care of yourself you are doing a great job.0 -
Thanks retired. I have enough to cover the mortgage and council tax and nursery fees. It's the rest really. DH does pay his share and can't really do any more. My debts are the issue. I have made arrangements with some of them already so that helps.
There's just so much due out this month, that it's too much. All of my car stuff is due, and it just depends on how the MOT goes.
I'm sure it will work out. I've had a flurry of sales overnight, so that's good.
Unfortunately we've also got an idiot buyer on ebay so that's another annoyance."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
