Sometimes the offers are useful if I'm not sure what something is worth. It's a kind of hedging my bets thing. I put something up a few weeks ago. I had no idea of a price and couldn't find one like it to compare. So I put it up (at what I considered fairly) high with a best offer. It went for the high price.

Yes, I had someone last week-within an hour of putting something up for sale someone offered me much less than half the price, back and forth the offers went and in the end they didn't get it.
I also had someone buy something from me and then said it wasn't as described and wanted to send it back. I had to accept the return and ended up paying the £2.99 fee for the return. The bay said I could contest the return postage once I had received it back as it was exactly as described. Unfortunately, now I've got it back and spoken with the bay again, they can't refund the return postage. I have had the defect removed though. So I suppose that's something.

It's frustrating isn't it. I do have auto decline set up so I don't have to bother once they get under the amount I want.

That's frustrating about the return. At least the defect went though. People really take the pee sometimes.

I had a free listing offer where BINs had to have best offer so that was why I put some on.

Otherwise it's the same as tattycath, I'll pop something on a bit higher to test the price. I've accepted several offers as they've been reasonable.

I just don't understand why people think that they will get something when it's a stupidly low offer!

Sold another item overnight, so a small payment made.

I've also just redeemed £10 amazon from a survey site, but that will stay in my account until I need it.

Well done jwil, you do really well with the overpayments.
I've been shopping lately...this is never a good thing. Lol
I need to focus less on ahopping and more on paying extra off the mortgage. :)
