I've done my 50 squats for the day (ouch!) I must try and remember to take my measurements so I can see if it makes a difference. Going to try and do some stomach and arm work as well.
Although I'm hugely overweight, I'm reasonably active, but I have noticed that I've lost so much muscle tone working in an office, so it would be nice to regain some even if I don't lose weight (which is unlikely unless I diet as well).
I've also managed to redeem £5 paypal from a survey site so waiting for that to come through.
I've noticed that one of my late payers has paid, so once that's posted I'll hopefully be able to make another small payment.
Filled up the car today. It is noticeable the difference in the cost of filling a tank now. :T I'm hoping that will last me until payday now.
I've got some expenses to do for work, I must get those in so I can have the money back!
Hi Jwil - how wonderful that you've had another great night's sleep. :T
Absolutely agree on the cost of filling a tank - I filled mine yesterday and the total was a very pleasant surprise.
Your ebay sales are amazing - has your American buyer paid up yet?
Keep up with the exercising, just be careful of your knees doing those squats. They are a brilliant exercise - at some point throw in lunges, push-ups and the plank.
Here's to another excellent night's sleep from young Jwil.0 -
Just popping in to congratulate you on your succsss so far. Well done
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

As I've just come back from walking the dogs, I'm going to do my squats now as I'm warmed up. I'll give the plank a go as well see if I can do it."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Squats done (55). I managed 10 seconds on the plankAt least that gives me room for improvement :rotfl:
I've taken all my measurements and weighed myself too
Will see if there's an improvement in a month's time."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I've been a busy bee this morning. Packed one ebay parcel hence the small payment.
I've managed to sort out a couple more items to go on and hoping to get a few more ready today as well.
I bought a load of massively reduced sausagemeat over Christmas so have made some Scotch Eggs which will be ok for lunches with some salad.
I've given the bathroom (except the bath) a good clean whilst little jwil was in the bath, and cleaned the landing window and around that area as well.
Done a couple of loads of washing.
Went through my accounts to see what was what, and spotted some account details on my mortgage which I haven't seen before. I've added them into my online banking and sent a test payment of £1 to see if that works. Whilst my debt is my focus, it would be nice to send the odd overpayment to the mortgage and try and clear some more of that. My online banking's "faster" payments go through the next day so I'll have to see tomorrow if it's showing.
I've redeemed £2.60 in amazon vouchers from a cashback site and £3 paypal from a survey site, so waiting for those to come through.
Right, must get back to it."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

I dream of being a 14/16 but then it's all relative isn't itIt's brilliant that you've managed to stay of the cigs though. I'm sure you'll be able to lose it again.
