Just found my previous post - it was in 2010 and I started doing the book list in 2007. I was 3/4 through in 2010, so definitely slowed down since!

It was great fun tracking down all the books though, and I did get them all in the end I think. (My recent big book sale was one from the list, and it was one I never thought I'd sell!)

Just reading through a few posts on the old diary. Life was very different back then!

One thing, I can see from my moaning on there, just how far I've come with clearing the house, that's brilliant!

I can also see how far I've not come with regards to clearing the debt :( Lets see if I can change that now.

Anyway, one thing I have concluded is that it's lovely to have these on here to see how far I've come and to look back on. So I'm going to try and ensure I keep posting regularly so that when I'm debt and mortgage free I can see how I got there!

    Clarissa by any chance?

I've downloaded some of those onto my Kindle, haven't ready any of them yet though :D.

    One thing I forgot to post - for the first time in nearly 2 years, I got a decent night's sleep :T :T :T :T :T :T

Little jwil only got up once about midnight, so from then on, it was a full night (plus I'd gone to sleep about 10, so that gave me a couple of hours beforehand).

That may not sound ideal to some, but for the last 2 years I have been up a minimum of 4 or 5 times a night, so for me, last night was pure luxury :j :j :j

Fingers crossed it wasn't just a one off.

No it was a foreign book (I won't say which as it will make me identifiable on ebay).

I loved Clarissa! It took me forever to read though :D I was away on a course for work for a few days and was reading it on the laptop in the evenings.

Blimey, Jwil, how do you do all that you do when you always have broken nights? My estimation of you goes up yet another notch. :)

Let's hope little Jwil has turned a corner and sleeps well every night from now on :).

I've pretty much done the 1001 books list :D I've been doing it for the last 6 or 7 years I think. I'll have to look back, I posted it on one of my earlier diaries I think. I'm well into the 900s now. Some of the ones I'm putting on this list are some I have left from the 1001 books list and I'm deliberately picking books I have at home so I have to read and declutter them.

You've read 900 of them!

Wow, I feel most humble now with my lowly 122 - I have a LOT of reading to do. Thing is, I do read a LOT, just not those on the 1001. I think I will make an effort to read a couple of 1001s a month - so that means I should have them all read by about 2051. :rotfl:

I read a lot too, not so much as I used to though. When I first started doing the challenge, I didn't read anything that wasn't on the list so was whizzing through it quite quickly.

I was still picking up books I wanted to read at car boots though as well as those on the list, and so now I have an absolutely massive TBR pile (hundreds if not thousands of books  )

So now I need to tackle that! I'm not allowed to buy any more books (unless it's a new Stephen King one :D ) until I've cleared some space. DH often gets books for free and so always brings them home for me. That doesn't help with my clearing, but does mean I get a wide variety of reading material.

I got another decent night's sleep last night. Little jwil only woke 10.30 and 3.30am so that was pretty good.

My USA buyer has paid up :T So that is in the post today. I sold a few items yesterday, I'm a little disappointed that I didn't get more for one of them, but that's life. Just waiting for that buyer to pay up, along with a couple of others.

The video I listed has been won by someone in the USA. So I've messaged them to see if they are aware that it won't work on a USA video machine? That's annoying. They haven't paid yet and are a new buyer so I'm not expecting anything from that, which is frustrating.

I've nearly cleared out all my non book listings, so I really need to try and get some more stuff sorted out.

I've caught up with the surveys for today.

I guess I've got used to not having much sleep. Funnily enough, I've found it harder to get up the last couple of days where I've had a good nights sleep, than any time when I get less.

It would be lovely to go to bed knowing that I've got a full night's sleep ahead of me, rather than thinking I'm going to get worken up in the next hour or so anyway.
