Havent had a chance to read rest of the thread yet so apologies but I wanted to come on here simply to tell someone about my issue.

My bf is still currently married and has a son only 3 years old. He also told me he was subject to a con where he was blind drunk and a woman later claimed they slept together and he was the father, he was niave and signed the birth certificate and later the woman admitted to lying to get maintanence money. Now the CSA have said he has to take a DNA test to prove the paternity as it was never proved previously. He feels like because he cant remember the evening there is still a chance he is the father.

I did know about this before but kind of pretended it would go away, we have so many problems but our relationship is strong. I dont know how to deal with this information or what I will do if he is the father. I know im jumping the gun but im just hurting right now and feeling so stressed. If he is the father it would change everything mainly in a financial way and I could end up really struggling, I cant admit to my mum what a bad way im in either. Im just feeling very alone.

    Hi all
Hubby came home early as he's been rained off again, we've just been stopped by cuoncil workmen on the way home, it seems the Thames in Reading is about to burst it banks & we have 2 flood surges on their way.
Ogden & Thiumper have been moved to safety, I've collected Candles, drinking water & some food & taken it all upstairs. He told us not to try to go anywhere after 1st surge recedes as 2nd surge will be close on it's heels, ho hum. So now we wait!
Poor you Scuzz, sounds like you are well rid of this one.
    Hugs to Boo

Hi just got back from my lunch out, was very nice and had coffee and walnut cake for pud:drool: :D

DH said he is feeling ok and is calling by on his way back for a cuppa so will be able to see if he is telling the truth!

Our town is like a war zone - the whole place is covered in mud, all the shops were flooded and also many houses and the main bridge into town is still shut.It is only a small town of about 3000 people so it will take some getting over.

  • Evening all happy birthday to taplady. Glad I'm not living in a flood area so hearts out to those of you that do. Not much on today been to work on an early shift so up at the crack of dawn and slept in so rushed out. Couldn't be bothered with making tea have had an Indian takeaway that was yummy but feeling a tad guilty now ( the first day of my diet started well!)

Enjoy the rest of your evening people !
