Seems the signatures are still full of !!!! :)

well it seems the spammers are back, and loading threads at the rate of knots.

Best go and do some more cleaning, till MSE towers get it sorted.

ionafun Hugs. Very sad to read this.
    Dustykitten Hugs for you too.

I have done the kitchen - before 11am coffee, but while site was in chaos, so posting now.

Plan for the afternoon, quick trip to buy bread, then sewing up second sleeve seam of another little cardigan, and hopefully, time to start some socks.

Hello fly ladies, I'm attempting to be in again this week :)

challenge updated: house remaining relatively hygienic - despite a full sofa cushion wash, which is now nearly complete and has taken about a week to get all the big cushion pads rammed in the wm and through the td  was worried I was going to bust the wm which really would have been a disaster!!! Doesn't bear thinking about.... Good progress on small boy's hoodie - and have ordered the trim colour for hem/edge of hood and lower sleeves

Had a friend round who popped in for coffee, then stayed for lunch, then borrowed the printer and has only just gone, in time for me to go out to school again! so nothing much done today. But I have dropped some bits at the cs and taken the santa suit to the dry cleaner (best not to ask ;) ) Eating out tonight as its biggest girl's birthday (7!!!!) so we are taking the squids for a treat.

Ionafan (((HUGS))) I'm so sorry to hear about your friend; I hope you manage to speak to her DS without too much trauma.

Here's a reminder of the goals we've set yourselves for October.
Lame Wolf - Support Mr LW through the tests he has to have at the horse-piddle (9th and 28th October) and help get him back to being healthy / Revamp my personal Flying list to be realistically do-able - done / Finish knitted waistcoat / Make progress with total revamp of front garden borders
    Current state of play:
First of Mr LW's appointments done and dusted; he's had no nasty after-effects.:T 2nd one still to come, near the end of the month, and in fact the day before I go for ultrasound scans on my paws. He's not looking forward to it but is being stoical. He's also getting back to doing some WiiFit exercises each evening, so I'm generally encouraging him with this.:o

Revamped Flying list seems to be working well, but it's early days yet. I've made a fairly good start to Flying this week, prioritising jobs that didn't get done last week, which I made bold on this week's list before deleting last weeks remainders.

Knitted waistcoat - um.... I'm afraid I haven't touched it. But in mitigation, my paws have been very painful after being mauled about by the Dr the other day.

Front garden - as they say in cricket circles, "Rain Stopped Play".

I've done reasonably well today; Jack is oblivious to the vacuum, so managed to get that done after I'd given him a good brush, as he's moulting a lot. Also cleaned the inside of the convection/micro combi and gave the tray and rack a good scrub, and cleaned the powder drawer to the WM. And made a loaf in the BM.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

My hips hurt, it's raining and I have no voice.. I've slept and knitted and that is all I intend doing other than maybe doing dinner for my starving sparrows!

Mrs MP .. how is your laughing-bird scarf coming on.. MOL's cardy is frogged temporarily while I assess sizes.. I have done the back up to the armholes and it just doesn't feel like it will be big enough..

Lasagne cooked yesterday with chips tonight I think. I cannot be faffed I am too unhappy.

its about 3ft long at the mo, i love the pattern. im using some sock wool i bought at the carboot its knitting up in blocks of colours about 3 inches wide that merge into each other thank you for posting the link to the pattern.
did you see my cheeky ask on last weeks thread for the leaf blanket pattern? i really want to do something nice for 1st expected grandchild and ive done so many of the corner to corner blanket for various charities they dont feel special enough

hope things pick up for you soon, i understand how you feel i actually told someone at work i just wanted to crawl into a corner and cry and would if anyone said anything mean to me. I think a warning was given out as everyone was really nice or avoided me at work after that. it was wet play so i just bunged a disney dvd on and told the kids we were having a duvet day type lunchbreak. pictures got drawn or toys played with or it was just chill on the floor in front of the screen, im seriously going to ask if im allowed to take popcorn in for next wet play they were all angels. i found Elf in the dvd stash but thought it was a bit early for that

doing stirfry and stuffed mushrooms for tea here as i got them yellow stickers in coop yesterday and they cant be frozen

yesterday dinner i did mushroom and chestnut pie it was really nice - if vegan Dd wasnt here for lunch it would have had stilton in as well. will def do again it was a lovely filling cold day meal
