cushions on a bed

I have lots of cushions on all our beds in the house. My hubby hates them and says they are a waste of time, first you make the bed and put them all on and then at bed time you take them all off and go to bed and the same thing happens every day and night.

It is deffo a lady thing.

My girls even love cushions and have loads on their beds, for us I think we like it because it makes it more homely and we do love our home comforts, though I know everyone is different.

I can never understand why the magazines and Tv shows have cushions on the bed.
Only thing up there on mine is my Paddington.

Not all of us!

What is the point of putting cushions on a bed to 'look nice' when no-one's in that room during the day and having to take them off to use the bed? Bonkers!

I don't have any cushions in the bedroom either, too much faff as others have said.

I have some on the sofa downstairs as I lie on it and use them as a pillow.

Would like to say there are some things that they are useful for, and they might as well look pretty. A good firm cushion over a pillow can have advantages I'd forgotten about earlier!

I have cushions on the bed that I change each time I change the bed linen so that they co-ordinate. I also have cushions on the chairs downstairs.

I don't think it is a woman thing, Im a female, and I am not a fan of the idea of this - I prefer a more 'less fuss' look
