cushions on a bed

We've just had out bedroom totally re-done.

On the bed we now have a coloured throw at the bottom which matches the feature wall, and three cushions which we take off to go to bed.

Hubby laughs and says no one actually has a bed like this, it's just show homes.

I don't think it's a waste of money, I love it. Does anyone else have a bedroom like this, I think it's normal.....
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

Yes I do we have two large square pillows standing against the headboard then several other pillows and cushions all of which come off the bed at night except for the pillows we sleep on... it looks lovely but if OH is home alone he doesn't bother putting them all back on every night.. says its too much of a faff!!

    Raven. :grinheart:grinheart:grinheart

  • We have 2 cushions which compliment the throw we have at the end of the bed.

But I don't understand those beds which have about 10 cushions, that would drive me insane!

Not this woman it isn't :D. Not a single cushion in the house and certainly not in the bedroom - way too much faff.

We take 5 seconds of our day as we get up to throw back our (individual) duvets on our double bed to air the mattress and that's it: faff o'meter barely registered.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

I couldn't be bothered to take cushions off every night (where do you put them?) and then put them on again the next day, but if you can be bothered then why not if it makes you happy?

I do - a coloured throw (or two) at the end of the bed and two cushions.

    I think it looks nice!

What's that film where the guy splits up with his wife and in revenge slashes the stupid cushions on the bed?

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Absolutely not, my bed it left to air all day, not made up like a magazine shoot.
