Nice babygro
I think babygros are the best thing ever, particularly when filled with baby. When DD was tiny, I made up the babygro song. "We need a babygro, to make the baby grow..."
I dressed her in little else for the first two years, such is my love.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

My parents were both 49. My in-laws were 47 and 52.
We are both 51, but we don't feel old enough to be grandparents. Anyway the boys have no intention of getting married or having kids until they are at least 30.
I'd be focussing on the babies. The younger you are, the more time you have to enjoy them properly. Who cares how old you are.
Once a grandchild arrives, I'm sure most grandparents want everyone to know, regardless of age.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

DS1 said I have more chance of having a baby in the next few years than him:eek: Technically still possible .I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. There. You have one, let spirit be grandmama, she'd be amazing. It would have young grandparents and wise parents. Win win.
Spirit, I was wondering if there is some sort of mentoring scheme for young mothers who have not had the role model of stable family life. You'd be such a wonderful 'big sistery' or 'motherly' 'aunty' sort of mentor with no condensation, and a good blend of practicality and emotional support. When you feel ready maybe you could have tonnes of unofficial grand babies through such voluntary work?
( btw if I had babies I'd be signing up nice people for family......and you'd definitely get roped in for that compassion.......always good to pick people whose skills fill voids one struggles with)

I woke up earlier and was amused that kiwi is sleeping with his back foot on top of his head. Little dogs are weird. Much less sophisticated that Richard III here.
I'm shocked how stiff and sore I feel after driving yesterday and wonder how much my feeling of doing better is an illusion sustained by my now tiny world and demands. I have a frustratingly road heavy week with more trips I nowadays consider long ( but didn't used to) and think I'm going to be sore.
I think its to early for the vit d to be kicking in seriously, but I feel maybe slightly less dishraggy, so psychosomatic ally maybe it is. However, after all the car time.....lol.....0 -

and I feel groggy.
It probably ended badly for Richard, unless the scriptwriters did an awful lot of editing. I think that even Hollywood would have a problem with him getting the girl and galloping off into the sunset.
Cecil B DeMille,
Much against his will,
Was persuaded to keep Moses
Out of the War of the Roses. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

There is an initiative called Home Start. I think it has been rolled out to most of the country by now. It matches volunteers with parenting skills to young people struggling.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. DS2 arrived home from uni.:) With a suitcase full of washing
He is maturing. Said he was going to visit the GF during the holidays. I said I wanted him home over Passover (big family get togethers planned) and he said it was that weekend that he had been planning to go but he would re-arrange. I was expecting a row, but he was totally reasonable.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
