Cloud thinned quite a bit here for a while so sun visible through them. Sun definitely not the usual shape. Light levels lower than usual. Not hugely exciting, but slightly more than the underwhelmingness that would have resulted if the cloud cover had stayed thick.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
