I still regret not having a go on the gas 'n' air when I was offered when The Girl was born, just to see what it was like.
She was born in a very civilised way actually. We got to listen to Just a Minute before it got all too intense, she was born just as The World Tonight was starting and we were in bed just as Book at Bedtime was finishing.0 -

Just walked past the maternity dept and kept eye out in the car park for his much-mentioned car (then remembered he'd probably sold it and bought another).
New Orleans is my (second) favourite US city. Been there a lot but not since the big flood.
I bought chewy's car. I know what he has now, I think, but not enough to stalk him in a car park. I keep checking here, just in case he feels compelled to tell the nice people before the important people!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Update: hospital is boring. We have been here since 7.30am as they said we must arrive at 7.30am. Someone came in an hour ago and mumbled something about hoping to still do it today and then legged it before we could say anything...0
