Current books in down stairs loo are a book on garden DIY and a book reviewing various jazz albums,.....a classic jazz guide.

What is wrong with you lot. You want me to miss the sitters of feed the pony and jazz mags in the loo jokes. This is really testing me.

The Apprentice is just starting on BBC1.

It's the interview week ... I love this episode every time!

I've got Xmas Nutters on ... that's not its real name. All about people who are Xmas Obsessives; one woman has a ginger obsession and has just had her mobile home painted brown so it's like a gingerbread house.

Tonight we have watched DD2 being 'Meg' in the nativity play, not on youtube yet though as it is 3gb.

Also have a dilemma, good friend's DD2 is sick and having to go to hospital with possible menigitis and she has asked us if we can look after her DD1 which is of course fine...except we don't want to catch any thing before our holiday.....

That poor mother. She must be distraught. I have no advice for you, I am afraid.

Edit: what I really mean is that I don't know what I would do in your situation.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Current reading material in our one and only loo is a True Detective magazine.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
  • Hey guys, how you all doing?

Thanks for the love the other day :-)
It really is so incredibly humbling to know that you still occasionally think of me, and especially Daisy :-))

Sorry I don't get on here much these days. I must try harder!
Life is just so hectic, especially when Daisy is in hospital (as she is now), and I have to split myself between hospital, work & home for my eldest daughter.

I have just been up wrapping Daisy's Christmas presents. We have everything crossed that she will be home in time for Christmas. Looking like Friday or Monday at the moment.

I suppose 1 good thing about her and my wife being stuck in the hospital, is I haven't actually been near any crazy busy shopping centres this Christmas. Virtually all the Christmas shopping has been done online. Every night I come home, I have to collect parcels from various neighbours!! (Postman and Delivery drivers must really love us!)

By the way, if you are ever doing any online shopping, if you don't mind, can I ask you to please use this link first: http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/daisypalmertrust

Costs you absolutely nothing extra at all, except 5 seconds of your time :-)

It's so good to see you are all still on here, putting the World to rights, lol
I'll try and log in a bit more often when I can. If you don't see me, give me a nudge via Daisy's Facebook page, or website.

    Speak soon guys
    night night

Good to hear from you IM. I'm following you on Facebook, so I do think of you all, and will nudge you in future :D

Really sad to hear she's in hospital, fingers crossed she can be home for Christmas. Take care of yourself and the family.

PS I'm really jealous she got to meet Pixie Lott :p

  • haha, yeah she loves meeting anyone famous!! Did you see the pics from last year when she met 1D ? (they weren't nice at all by the way, total fakes - but she loved them, thats all the matters!)

There is a pic of Daisy and Pixie Lott posted on the twitter account this morning @daisypalmertrus

I wasn't there, but my wife says she was really lovely :-)

Hey Inspector, good to see you back around these parts. Sorry Daisy's had a tough time of late, but hope you get to have a lovely Christmas together. Glad to hear Pixie was lovely, DH has met her and said the same. Thinking of you all.
