Gen, did you see my post about the Aussie Super recruiting investment people or did that appear as gobbledygook?

I did but perhaps I'm too late as the website claims there are 6 none of which are in Sydney.

Lovely to meet you, Wheezy :) Which part of Belgium are you from? We lived near Antwerp for a couple of years when my husband was in the army, and have been having mayo with our chips ever since!
From Leuven, a town about 20 miles east of Brussels, home of Stella Artois.
Chips with mayo is best. Vinegar on chips is :naughty:

Hmm. I like chips with salad cream which is pretty much mayo plus vinegar...

Moules frites on the other hand....now you're talking. Especially with a bottle or two of decent beer and some great company.

Welcome, Juliette from Illinois, Greater Hertfordshire.
Do you have your chips (french fries) with mayo, vinegar or salad dressing?

I strongly suspect that our new bestest friend Juliette likes a Spam fritter or 2. Fancy a new kitchen?

I would have loved to like moules, but I can't eat them. Guess I'm allergic to them. Or maybe 'intolerant' is the better word. They don't give me allergic reactions, they just don't stay in. :o
Strange because I adore and eat all other kinds of seafood without any problems

My Mum can't have bivalves. Prawns no problemo.

    Moules/oysters? Bleeeehhhh.

I love moules marinieres. Cheap, quick, simple, delicious, healthy (probably). Nom, nom, nom, nom, nom. Oh nom.

I think I'm intolerant of beer. It gives me a terrible headache in the morning.

Doctors rang. They already wanted to put my appointment back a couple of hours, but 30 minutes ago informed me that they would have to cancel that appointment and reschedule for tomorrow. It's not so bad while I'm unemployed but if I was working and had re-arranged things to go today I'd be mightily P'd off.

No wonder people just rock up at A&E.
