Silver, how about something nice by Georg Jensen? That's stocked at JL. It's classy and generally quite small. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I burst into tears at the gym today in a diva strop with myself. Three years ago, that happening stopped me going for three years. Today everyone was nice to me and I know that I tried my best, my legs simply wouldn't do what the instructor required anymore. I will go back.
On the other hand, eating 'clean' for three weeks with two 'treat' nights is seeing weight drop off me without any kind of portion control and I feel really good, other than being subjected to !!!!!! bootcamp type stuff on a Monday. Which is good, as I am properly back to work in a way that I have had to hire a cleaner, engage the in-laws in childcare and answer my own telephone to people I don't know that well.
Can recommend not eating anything processed. o: We're not far in, but the winter demons are also at bay at the moment.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

If there is nothing you want from JL (or there is something you would like, but is cheaper elsewhere...), Waitrose also take JL vouchers.
Not allowed. I have to buy something for the house - doesn't have to come from JL necessarily.
Present from OH is totally separate, free choice there.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Sorry - badly explained! If there is something you would like for the house that isn't from JL or is cheaper elsewhere, buy it as the present and you can then spend the JL vouchers in Waitrose (buying things on offer of course, and they give change in cash).
I'm not sure that explains what I was thinking of any better. Long day!0 -

Its an annoying thing to put this restriction on something.
The one of 'must be spent on you NOT the house/ kids' etc I get, but unless you are a prolific spender with bulging jewellery box, makeup supplies, wardrobes, shoe shelves and accessories for every day of the year.....why make it a gift 'for the house' not so e thing you might just want?0 -

Sorry, I didn't explain properly. This is not a birthday present, it was a present for something else. It came back to the forefront of my mind because "apparently" this has to be sorted before a birthday present can be considered. Birthday present from this person will be easier as clothes are acceptable, so that is easy.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Central heating system is completely beggered...man who usually can couldn't get it working again and it is now condemned. Now all I have to do is sit back and wait for them to come up with a date for a completely new heating system to be installed, whilst also freezing my boobies off.
We've already got a frost outside, the man who can (but couldn't) had the door wide open all day, I've only one oil filled radiator which works well, the other is old and not quite so great and I am bloody freezing. My feet are like ice blocks and no amount of blankets, wheat bags etc are warming them up, the cold has just become ingrained in me now after having to sit with doors open to the outside world all day.
Think I may get onto the housing association tomorrow and ask if they are able to provide other sources of heating until the heating system can be installed....but won't hold my breath. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
....
New one will be a dream to operate and cheaper too. And it's free.... you're not having to wonder where to get £2-3k from.
All I can say is: thick socks, warm leggings, jumper, lie on a duvet on the sofa and pull the other half over the top ... and get a scarf for your nose.0
