Today I made the bed by myself. It might not sound much, but its a task where you bend over a LOT, and lift while bending over. I haven't really tried for ages.

I didn't need to as we remade the bed at the weekend, but I wanted to as I had a really long nap today after my body worker finished with me and the bed felt very 'used'.

If i want to make the bed usually its a very slapdash affair till fir gets back. This is a properly made bed.

This makes me feel very independent and able.

I am just about to explain to DW that the reason I had to remake the beds and launder the sheets was because a slapdash affair with my body worker had left me feeling very tired and used from all the bending over and lifting by the time they had finished with me

This will amuse you lot, eBay item, starting price 1000, I bid 1101 with 2s to go, at the same instant as someone else (bid sniper?) bid 1105 thus I was pwned by less than the min bid increment

Personally I think a better option practically might be a normal frame with plastic bed boxes on wheels for underneath. Might be much more manoeuvrable, light and easier anyway.
