I'll have a look to see if it is 'Can I play with madness' when he arises from his pit (bad night last night) and I can collect his washing.....

Josh still has his long hair, on being asked if was going to have his cut his reply was "Absolutely no way, long hair fits my profile and image". He's not scared of hairdressers like youngest, he just likes his long hair.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Love the haircut.

I hope he appreciates that it is a big improvement.

We went through a stage of weird and wonderful haircuts with DS1, he said we didn't see the worst!

Yes, I was a huge Maiden fan in their early days. Lost interest after Piece of Mind. My mom was not impressed with my t-shirt collection back then. :o

I was quite a fan for a while. Kinda got over it.

I still like a bit of Acca Dacca or Led Zep.

That's an improvement! DS was never fond of hairdressers. We synchronise haircuts so I'm with him when he has it done.

As regards looks, I recall once reading that Aspergers was nicknamed Handsome Stranger syndrome. Supposed to be associated with strong facial symmetry, which is associated with attractiveness.

Oops. Shows that my knowledge of Iron Maiden is very limited. :o

DS likes his hair short. I do it with the clippers. DD has hers long, I really need to persuade her to have the ends tidied up a bit. They get very tangled and it takes me ages to comb all the knots out.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

We've got a (slightly) expensive non-hurt brush which gets the knots out quite efficiently.

Went to see Led Zep in Brussels in 1980. A few months later, John Bonham passed away. :(
