Vodafone Website account problems

Lee,
I've just checked the website again, where it took my details before it now doesn't accept my username. I tried to re-register but it says the same as previously - i'm already registered.
Can I also ask if I can get a copy of my current bill send to me by email as well. I tried through CS over a week and i'm still waiting on it. The reason I ask about this is there is an increase in my monthly bill but I can't query it against the bill, my whole complaint in the lack of access to my account.
Cheers
Bob
Hi Bob,
I'll come back to you about this later today.
juca - I'll take a look at your account and update you as soon as I can.

Hi lee,
Further our telecon today, I've not checked my account, getting the same message that Juca mentioned, I also tried doing the 'forgotten my username and password' and it doesn't recognize my phone number.
So therefore still stuck with no access and no viewing of my bill from last month that has already been taken from my account.
Regards

Lee,
I've now got access to my account, I had got the letter from customer relations and gave them a call tonight, and low and behold I am now in, seems the reason I couldn't get in is because the username I had set up is completely changed.
They sent me an email with the username and a temporary password. So thats me in to my account.
I've no idea when this username has changed as I remember one of the conversations with customer services and she confirmed my username was what I thought it was.
Anyway if you want to call me we can discuss this further.

Wow I've been having similar problems to Smitchy/Bob for over 18 months now. I've moved house twice in that time and been unable to change my address via my vodafone account. 95% of the time, the site is 'undergoing maintenance'.
Another time I managed to get on chat with someone who was going to 'look into things' and refund me £20 for my trouble. But then he started to get rude with me and took the refund back out of spite! I told him I had been with the Vodafone network in NZ for many years before 7 + further years in the UK but these ongoing issues were testing my loyalties.
He said 'Vodafone NZ have nothing to do with Vodafone UK'.
I told him (all by chat, so calm measured language) that in any job I've worked in where I'm representing a global brand, whether joint or franchised or whatever, I always take resposibility for apologising on behalf of the brand and following up complaints from other sections or regions, or refer to a higher up if appropriate. Basic customer service!
So for about 12 months+ now, I have had to top up by recharge voucher, because going by website or phone won't work if my Vodafone address doesn't match my credit card address!
This is not always convenient.
Anyway, tried logging into my account today and couldn't get in. Not by trying to reset passwords either!
Don't have enough credit to PAY to call Vodafone to get basic customer service.
Oh and one of the call centre operators who did contact me a few months ago blamed my issues getting onto the website on using Firefox because 'he had never heard of it!!!!'
I've also tried on Chrome and Safari and same problem - what a load of nonsense!:A
