I have checked all my folders to no avail. I have had contact with Customer Services who tried to reset my account, with the instructions to me to re-register my account online after 24 hours of this, it has now failed twice it still wouldn't work.
Any chance someone can contact me on my main mobile number so that we could discuss this further. The last contact I had if you check the notes on my account was someone called Portia who was supposed to call back to check, she did the first time, but not after the second failure.Thanks to all the competition posters.0 -

Seen as I've not had any response whatsoever in regards to this and the almost 6 months of failed attempts at 'fixing' this problem I have now reverted my complaint to the Ombudsman for Communications as per the Vodafone website.
This is simply not a good enough service and after over a decade of being a customer this is the worst ever service I have received.Thanks to all the competition posters.0 -
think you've done the right thing...the more people that escalate their problems through the ombudsman, the more chance you have of getting something done....No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0

Not AOL, Hotmail.
I've tried on a works pc.
I've tried on two different laptops at home.
An Ipad.
An Android tablet.
Oh and my mobile app won't link either, even after updating it too.Thanks to all the competition posters.0 -
