This is clear breach of the 1998 Data Protection Act, basically the unlawful disclosure of her data to you by VCS. She should submit a complaint to the ICO and/or seek damages under regulation 13 for a breach of the 1998 Data Protection Act.

ive sent her a carefully worded email , also ive emailed the CEO at xercise4less.
If they have mixed hers up with mine , then who has mine

i received my evidence pack for 2 POPLA appeals now, one of mine has the wrong car reg on under the exemption list part but has my car on the pictures in other sections.

Also the pre estimate of losses statement has the header for EXCEL parking and not VCS. the second pack they have sent me is all "correct" so not to sure what to do to be honest. i don't want to just ignore it, i will stress myself out just in case.

TLG1991 - ive been emailed by xercise4less saying all PCN's are now voided - so dont sweat it.

You need to email Xercise4less yourself obviously just reference your case and not what ive said...get their response and keep it. Incase VCS keep going with it.
Ive had an apology of someone senior ish....and a bit of a goodwill gesture.!!! i was emailing the ceo everyday though lol so i think they got fedup of me.

Thanks wigannwuk, i emailed the wigan gym after i saw you mention that they said all PCNs are void, trying to get them to email it to me like you said for me to keep. not heard anything back. Think i need to get another email for someone higher up.

I emailed the manager of the wigan gym also one time still never heard anything back from that one. but i did speak to a few people higher up and i mentioned on here in the past that he said he got a ticket when he visited the wigan gym, paying for a company to give himself a parking charge.

The wigan site manager is an idiot and i wouldnt waste your time with him. I tried to get confirmation of VCS but its like getting blood from a stone.
Ive just kept my correspondance with Xercise4less so if there is anymore from VCS we can quote them.
They included the contract between Xercise4less and VCS in mine..Interesting reading. It was a 5 year contract but because they just went after GYM members they lost it after 2 months!! haha. God love em!

Yes i noticed that aswell, i wonder if xercise4less paid to get out of that contract or found some wrong doing on VCS part. (i say wrong doing, everything they do is wrong)

anyway ive just emailed the enquiries email, hopefully i will get something back from that. my membership is up there soon. i should throw that to them see if they give me a free year lol. Hows that saying go,when pigs fly...

"Hi Tim,
I am glad to inform you that we have listened to our members and first of all we have removed the VCS from our Wigan club. I can also now confirm that any charges against yourself are now void, If you receive any further communication please ignore as the charges against you have been dropped.
I would like to take the time to apologise for the inconvenience caused and the length of time this has taken to be resolved, but communications with the VCS had taken much longer than initially expected.
