  • Hey hon

That detox sounds a great idea and I'd love to do it but I don't think I could eat nothing for so long! Good luck though :) xx

Thanks Sassy, the honey seems to make the fast bit less onerous!!

Day 2 today and I have already made a huge pot full of green soup, into which I have placed numerous herbs from the garden. DH says it looks like a witch's brew and will not even sip it .......

Yesterday I managed a NSD too, which is the first one for a while, two loads of washing and plenty of secular work. Discipline and order are returning to the ranks here. I even spent a couple of hours with DS last night helping him to organise all his coursework, and got completely up to date with mum's paperwork and finances.

If only it could always go this smoothly.

Signature added and day 2 of the detox completed. There is a theory that toxins are stored in fat and that unresolved negative emotions are buried at meridian points, causing energy blockages. A deep cleanse can unlock them and I did feel both being released yesterday.

I knew that I was being held back by some thoughts that weren’t serving me well, but I could not work out exactly what they were, so I spent an hour with a pen and paper brainstorming them and then letting them go by burning the paper. This morning I swished and swirled a mouthful of organic sunflower oil for twenty minutes, which collects toxins, released it and then drank a litre of water.

I am feeling relaxed and positive and looking forward to a day of lentil soup.:).

    Spider Step 40

Dear friend was chatting to me last night and she is altering our run so that more fat is burned. We will now be sprinting for two lamp posts and then walking for four and doing a shorter route. So today ‘s step is to turn up at 6.45 pm and give it a go.

  • Morning hon

I'm so glad that you're feeling relaxed & positive, it's the best way to be and writing and burning negative feelings is a fantastic idea.

Another fantastic idea is the lamp post challenge that you mentioned. I love it so much I may have to steal it. Although I've not done any exercise since last Thursday - not even walking to school. And boy can't I tell. I feel so bleurgh & flubbery! I shall be restarting operation wetsuit on Monday and will keep your goals as my inspiration.

Have a good day (and run!) :) xx

I am up for "Operation Wetsuit", that would get December off to a great start, and I might be able to squeeze into an extra large 'Spider Woman' costume by Xmas :rotfl:. (I'll add this to the vision board).

What do you think the plan should look like?

  • Morning

Loving the picture! You should definitely have it on your vision board.

Not sure how you want to do Operation Wetsuit but I had been doing the 30 day squats challenge as well as the 30 day abs challenge (both free apps on iPhone) if you're up for that? Plus anything extra inbetween, such as the walks or anything else. If you're up for the 30 day challenges I suggest we start on the same day as that way we can keep each other going.

Am more than happy to do this either on your thread or mine. :) xx

  • Thanks Sassy,

I am up for the 30 day abs challenge and the 30 day squat challenge, what is the app called? I will have a look for it.

I would also suggest we do another form of exercise 3? days a week, anything counts, for at least 30 minutes.

You are more organised than me, so could it be on your thread, start Monday x.

  • Hi hon

Yup that sounds a good plan. The apps are called 30 Day Squat Challenge Free and is by Jozic Productions. It came up as the first option when I searched 30 day squat challenge free.

The other is 30 Day Ab Workout which is by Shane Clifford. It came up a the second option when I searched for 30 day ab challenge free. There is one by the same people as the squat challenge but I prefer this one as it has different levels.

    :) xx

I had a really lucid dream last night. It was dark and I was standing on a platform with a few other people and this open top train pulled up with big comfy leather seats on it and I was debating whether or not to jump in.

The gap between the train and the platform was huge, and it would have been a dangerous leap. A man then came up behind me, lifted me up and swung me towards the huge seats, but he didn't let go, so I ended up back where I started, and the train trundled off.

This morning I keep wondering where the train was going and if I am even at the right station.
