I hate to say it, but we're too dry here! :o

We'll get some rain today, and more tomorrow, but after that it looks set reasonably fair, which suits us, because the roofing starts soon.

Not a lot to report. We've just been playing catch-up in the garden. Of course, we never do....

Really poured through the night & the wind was gusting to storm force.

Cold wind now but dry at the moment, but the dreaded head cold is making even doing your buttons up properly challenging!

Feels so cold, wet and windy :(

I'm stopping indoors (well in the conservatory). Going to strip-down the aquarium that was affected by parasitic worms, wash out with bleach and start again except will be using sand rather than gravel and maybe get shrimps.

Didn't get the promised rain; it went up the coast and missed us.

Just dull and drizzly, which is neither one thing or the other and won't help our hedges burst into life.:(

But at least the cold wind has gone.....:)

    Congratulations. :T What flavour?

I hope he/she has a bit more common sense than our Izzy (cat) who still shins up everything in sight, without any thought to getting down again.

Turned out nice...eventually. The rain blew-through by 11ish, so I took a trip to Dobbies, mostly for the aquarium section. However, no betta fish :( Quick change of plan, so the small tank is now home (until they get bigger) to some ember tetras and another tiny fish I forget the name off; we're talking 1cm max!

Anyhow, thought I'd have another go with verbascum so have planted in hottest, dried part of garden. It's actually planted above the French drain. Also got a teasel, carefully labelled with it's Latin name by the shop.
