No, cos I've just worked it out....and I'm not too keen to propagate it!

Sorry, I've been a bit distracted, wandering up and down the road and all over the 'estate', looking for Izzy, who was asleep locked in bedroom 3, under a pile of stuff we have been moving around today! We'd both been in there a couple of times....:o

It's a Thorn Apple or Datura stromomium and it's poisonous. Might have originated in bird seed, or someone could have been into hallucinogens.

I've just seen the kitten video...:rotfl::rotfl:

We didn't have a tree last year due to the building work. We still aren't in a position to have a proper tree, as our living room is still a bit of a movable feast.

So it might be next year before we can train our two not to do that!

well the pictures above one sofa are now all at a slant ! kittens decided to do a bit of rock climbing :o
my kits were positive angels in comparison... my cat sunny is not impressed  poor gal... doesn't help that my new fridge has arrived this morning and so her feed station is now a foot higher and she was somewhat confused when her first leap didn't achieve a landing ....:o so shes a tad grumpy today !

what a difference 2 extra shelves make in a fridge ! im getting so boring when im so easily impressed..:rotfl:

got car to garage this morning for MOT and end of [almost] warranty check.. I overslept and just ran out the door this morning looking like a right scruff.... I now know why I live rural, work rural and don't drive into the city ! the TRAFFIC

dave.... im going to gather all those plants and burn them.. previous owner was in the medical field too !

p.s. lengths of tinsel from the tree have just disappeared under the sofa ... like glittery snakes...

Electricians came bang on time this morning, and wired-up the boiler....wrongly, I think. Now, when the temperature drops below the thermostat setting, it doesn't switch off, it just clicks wildly.

Will they return before Christmas? 'Strangely' ;) their phone is dead and the last we heard, they were finishing early before heading off on a major binge tonight to celebrate the end of work for this year.....

I'm not holding my breath! :(

Pleased to say the boiler is behaving normally for now. No one has explained anything about the controls, but I have a manual or two...:undecided

Mr Dog's spaniel is definitely no more. I was down the Dog End this afternoon and only the terrier was barking. It probably won't be long before he gets another, though what for I really don't know, as I don't think he was walking them much, if at all. :(

CTC, I had an Amazon order go astray, but because there was no tracking info and the delivery window was12 days, it was ages before I could report it as missing. :mad:The vendor had run out of stock, so I got a refund. Ordered it elsewhere, but it's touch & go for Christmas.

I'd already hit the ice cream at 2pm. :o
  • The thing is they were forefilled by Amazon lol

Ended up staying in, as I hate the roads on black Friday...

Eldest has a few days work for a courier , so I do worry as he is out on the road all day, in fairness he got home at 8.30pm last night working to deliver as many parcels as he could. He is on a flat rate per day..he also bring ngs their vsn home..he is emp!oyed on a casual basis not self emp!oyed so at least he has his foot in the door if anything comes up after the new year..
