Dave sounds like you are in panto mode already
Mr BD is on a high with all the clapping (surprised he gets his head through the door :rotfl:) as JC Superstar playing this week. The Irving Group who are putting on the production might actually make some money, as very few seats left.
What sat nav did you get in the end Alfie? I much preferred the old Tesco website, don't like all the moving pictures and fancy stuff. And the new M&S website is dreadful.
Nearly down to freezing here overnight, but bright and sunny now after a miserable day yesterday. Plumber was here yesterday, but not feeling well, so he is not coming back until Monday. A hole saw did appear, and the piping in the utility now done. At least it hasn't gone round the outside of the house, but it has gone under the units, so I hope that it will drain ok.
Those storage heaters don't look too bad Dave - some attempt has been made not to make them look like ugly brown boxes full of concrete blocks. How do they stack up against the cost of oil I wonder. Going to do an oil order this week, am a member of a community buying scheme which saves having to ring around. It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

I got an oil delivery this week. Have now got a full tank but still loath to switch the heating on. Kids are moaning in the morning that it's cold but they are only here for 45 mins. Have got the de-humidifier on and I'll hang the door curtain today.

They are fairly new, so not much opinion info out there from consumers, although I think the manufacturer's testing facility results are transparent enough. They are about the only people manufacturing in that sector to put any serious money into R&D.
I think they'd match oil cost-wise, and with no servicing or storage issues too. If they came in cheap enough, then there'd be a bit over for panels on the roof as well. Needs looking-at anyway, because we can't just bolt-on a new boiler of any kind, as our rads and pipework cannot be trusted long term, or pressurised.0 -
Local newsletter was full of warnings about the superats possibly in the village now and how we should be reporting all infestations. Well, the kiwi is doing his bit to help this morning.0

WELL DONE kiwi..... even brought it to show you....
raining here, def getting colder... have had my beanie hat on all day in work....
now litter no 2, which are just over 2 weeks old, are going to trouble makers... I should have known it especially as they were running around like loonies after 24 hrs lol... at there are 10 of them... god help us in a few weeks lol...
will try and take new videos of the 2 litters at the weekend and post them here..
we will prob be weaning the older litter this weekend... and taking mammy pig away.... after a dodgy start, and thinking we might have had to bottle feed them, she really has turned out to be a great mother...
Alfie... do you know that you said if I was on the look out for anything to ask?? well, VERY long shot.... but I am after an old retro table arcade game.. from the late 70's early 80's. or even one that looks like a fruit machine... space invaders/pacman etc..
this will be for work.... I had some bloke following his girlfriend round holding the clothes she wanted.. and he said we should get a blokes room with a games console to keep them amused lol. and this got me thinking about a good twist on our place... which might make the blokes eager to bring their wives/girlfriends up to our place lol.. I know they are expensive... but it might be a gimmick that will pay for itself by the novelty/nostalga factor..
computer is playing up/ think its died a death up the caravan, so not online much
right another cuppa in order me thinks....Work to live= not live to work0
