  • HAHAHAHA, if we didn't have a footpath running right through our land, and we had free roaming pigs, rather than them being in piggy pens, I could see us having our pigs coming into the house lol...once you have owned a pig you will realise they are funny and fantastic..

ive missed all my pre animals but i sooooo miss mabel. could never replace her. wouldnt ever try. i still have to stop myself buying donuts when i see them..........:o
  • Alfie,

I could have bought you 2 cute young little Kune Kune things at the auction last for £3 each... little tan and black spotted things...

Maybe one day when things are not as raw as they are now re- losing Mabel, you will have some pigs again....

Its only the last few months I felt I was emotionally ready for another dog, and was tempted, but in reality we got to much going on now, to be even thinking of getting another dog/puppy..

Its my youngest's Birthday today, he's 19 years old.. it really is frieghtening the way time has flown by.....

well the factory owners have broken our back fence, and mounded loads of soil right up against our wall, so all we see is earth from my kitchen window... they have pulled all my honeysuckle and clemantis out of our garden ( they must have dragged it out from their side when they were clearing the brambles etc)

They really don't give a monkeys.. they are still burning the trees etc, even though the police and council have told them not to..

I have gone passed caring now.... not even going to phone the council anymore... I should imagine our house here has just plummeted another 5k...

To walk away ?? is the question at the moment..lol

CTC.... i think it IS worth ringing the relevant people so its "on record" ......... if it IS on record, who knows they may get "problems" from said authorities for thier future plans......;) authorities dont like arogant ignorant people.... at least then if you do walk away youve left them a legacy. if that was me personally id get a solicitors letter of to them to say any damage that has reduced the value of your property will be claimed from them.. or they put right your garden etc and a new fence erected [sos it looks smart ;) ] but please do report thier latest behaviour.. it is in law CRIMINAL DAMAGE WITH TRESPASS after all...
  • it was also criminal damage what they did to our chicken sheds, but the second time the police came out, they didn't want to know, said it was a civil matter.

We are in a right pickle really, do we spend our money on solicitors letters etc, or just consentrate on earing/saving every penny for the ranch, as the way I am looking at it now, if I spend x amount on solicitors letters, and it gets nowhere, then, they have also robbed me of my well earned money hope that makes sense..

Will get back on the phone to the council on Monday, as they didn't get back to me last time...

will try and take some pics later to show you.. what I mean.

CTC - you must phone the police - must & insist for an incident number -you must get an official record. You then must get your local councillor if they are any good or MP involved. You must do this as this is giving in to do nothing.
Glorious day here. Must finish doing wood.
  • this is where our chicken sheds were

view from just outside our kitchen window, which was our chicken sheds/run, just before they dumped all this there, they pulled up every tree and shrub, and totally exposed this side of the house

I have got to the point I have been so stressed with everything, that now I feel physically drained, and I can feel myself slipping back into depression.... not good....

CTC I agree with everyone else. I wouldn't spend money on solicitors letters but would take these photos, get a crime number and send it all to the local council. Find out when your local MP holds their surgery and go along with the evidence and also email your local councillor. This will all take an hour or two and cost nothing. Don't let this pull you back down the spiral of depression, inactivity and inertia are part and parcel of depression, so take steps against it. I hope you don't think I'm being facetious, I'm a clinical psychologist and specialise in depression. Keep up the fight x
