  • I've earned 1p in interest!!
Found a £5 note yesterday on my way home at midnight. I know this should be added to EF, but we're off on holiday today so it's going towards fun instead. (Not very MSE!)
    EF: 51.61/1000
  • #288 - not done an update in a while. It's been a very VERY expensive couple of months and the EF has had to be raided more than once. I've been 'back on the wagon' since last week, and now we have £30 in the EF again....nothing in any other savings though which is annoying. I've almost paid off £6k of debts in 12m so I'm taking it as a victory. I've got 1 more week in my current setup for the finances, and then we're moving into phase 2....saving!! I am so super excited and can't wait for next Friday!
Changing my Family's Future!! - Starting again!!!!
    Current Progress -
    Debt - Start date 14/4/25 = £14,880.45
    Savings Goal = £1000 EF - £0/£1000 = 0%

Sold a desk and a torque wrench, so added £70 to the funds. Spent £15 on 4 bags of cement.

The ivy has spread and strangled everything. The moral is keep plodding away, you reap what you sow
