The guy that owns the company has no people skills at all.
He never says hello or good morning.

A good example of his attitude is that all the workshops are unheated. One recent employee decided to bring a small heater in. The boss spotted it and decided to ban people from doing this, until he found out this would be illegal as he was not providing heating.

    Hi,

I would love to join in if I could please?

I have never had savings of any kind and would love a buffer in times of need so I don't need credit cards.

    Hi,

Rates and water are paid DD over 10 months so instead of the money disappearing into thin air at the beginning of next year I will divert it into emergency fund. Be nice to have a cushion.
    Thank you.

Starting again. The last few months has been crazy and so had to use my funds luckily I didn't have that much.

I am determined to keep my emergency fund free from me dipping into it.

I've used a new way of budgeting and I think that is going to help loads.

    I have £100
    In the account .

  • Well done to everyone who has managed to save anything at all at this expensive time of year:T:beer:. I haven't needed to dip into my fund for a while so it remains at £1000 but I suspect it may need to be plundered before too long. One of my rear car tyres has a slow puncture and I'd like to get it sorted asap.

Good luck on the first day of your 'new' job tomorrow, patman:beer:
