  • Hello,

Can I please join in with this challenge? I'm going to be taking it very slowly as I am having a baby and the majority of my money in the first half of the year will be spent fixing stuff around my flat before the baby arrives and buying the essentials. In the meantime I've transferred £1.50 into an unused online savings account to kick off my EF.
    Extra Payment Every Week 2016 = £40.91

    1% Challenge = 1% / 100%
    Swagbucks 2016 = £74 Amazon Vouchers

Plenty of items to put on e-Bay tomorrow, I always go for 7 day auctions to maximise coverage. I'm looking at putting half into the EF.

I'm writing this on here so I'm forced to submit the items. If I don't reply by tomorrow evening I've failed.

  • Hi everyone :)
I've had a good week making extra money online. Have cashed out a couple Amazon vouchers that will be saved for Christmas (£17.50) and £21.33 in cash from a shopping app which I've added to my emergency fund.
Emergency fund now stands at £60.33/£1000

Well EF is currently standing at £354.28, hopefully all the spending for the month is now done, so the only way this total should go is up.xx

  • It's DH bday this week and we are celebrating with a group of friends who also have "big"birthdays - my little £35 will be going towards that. Its an emergency in that the group celebration was unexpected!
