After having to use our emergency fund for car repairs before Xmas it's back to 0 unfortunately! I've now got one of those savings tins that need a tin opener to open with a 52 week savings plan on it. Hopefully we can save around £700 by the end of the year if we don't touch it. Just need to make sure that I have all our expenses planned and saved for like new car tyres lol. I'm not quite sure what my number is sorry xTOTAL DEBT £12,212.46/£2000 paid offDebt Free Goal September 2017#106 Emergency Fund £482.53/£10000

Added a few pence again today. Need to get enough over my target for my car insurance at the end Feb.
That way I can hang on the £1000.
Last years insurance was £238 for the year. Will shop around and get it for a little less this time. (I hope)
MOT due in March so will probably take a hit then. At least I have it eh

Hello can I please join this challenge? I've been trying to save my £1000 emergency fund for ages (I love Dave Ramsey), but I always end up using the funds to cover bills. BUT I am extra determined to save as much as I can in 2016.
Thanks!Whatever it takes.

Thanks for the support and friendship this past year. A lot of us have had to cope with a few of life's nasties , have saved some and then had to spend it, but together we will do it:j0
