    I'm a drunk because I do not advocate cruelty to animals - what kind of connections do you have going on in your cider addled brain of yours martin?, it's a hell of a quantum leap to suppose that me saying cruelty to cats is vile is me on a park bench next to you stinking of cider!

    After trying pretty much a lot of things
    I have finally given in and planted lots of lillies, daffodils - have to say 2 of the cats have stopped coming - May be they got poisoned by Lily.
    But still keeping the Ultrasonic, silhouettes etc running - occasionally we get a new visitor

    I have finally given in and planted lots of lillies, daffodils...
    Well, now, that's an idea; a garden full of plants!

    It could be so full of shrubs, ground cover and perennials that there's no room for the cats to carp anywhere, just like mine.

    In my case it's primarily a way of preventing weeds growing, but if deterring cats is a priority, then think of that as a useful spin-off.
