    I transferred out of my old pension lifestyle option about 2 weeks ago (which was 100% equities) as they offered a new option and I was getting concerned about being 100% equities. Transferred into a new lifestyle option which put me 66% into a Vanguard 60 look-alike plus 34% in a fixed interest fund. I was (and still am) thinking how to balance the 34% for a bit more risk/potential gain.

    Currently down about 1% overall - I think I term it 'fluking the market' as opposed to 'timing the market' :D. Now it's just when to make my changes to move back to some more equity exposure, and how much........
