If you want to get me out of a store faster than a speeding bullet, just play Christmas music in October, November and December.
Hate the music because it's either the same modern Christmas music played every year or bad covers (please note 99p stores). The more I live, the more I learn.
The more I learn, the more I grow.
The more I grow, the more I see.
The more I see, the more I know.
The more I know, the more I see,
How little I know.!!0 -

I like bullet point 7 in that Lidl advert, is that similar to the glossy-based spam Lidl put through my letterbox every week advertising garden rakes and granny knickers?0

if the evidence was conclusive every store would use it - and plenty don't.
A bit of a logical fallacy: By that logic if their was evidence it wasn't then no store would have music. As some do, and some don't, it's clear that it isn't as simple as that.
It could well be that different customer bases react differently to music, or even react differently in different locations so a universal 'if it worked everyone would' probably isn't an accurate statement.Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. Blackwhite bellyfeel double plus good...0 -

No, that was not a logical fallacy. Even within similar types of store, if some do and some don't then there is no clear-cut case, which is what I said.0 -

Not that British fruit and veg is necessarily a by word for quality youd love Lidl then as it has loads of fresh British produce.I can offer no resistance, I can offer no respite

mine too!
says to check local store for when to start using it, hope it's n ot long.
I live in Norfolk and we have been trialling the Match and More card. Have to say I have been impressed - with very little effort and just buying what I would normally, I have managed to rack up the points (though I may have bought two of something if the points offer good enough - only non perishables though)
Took my card to petrol station to pay and got a lovely bonus - £25 in vouchers!0 -
Wow, that's good.
Anyone know which stores will be live and when? Got my card already but not been in store this week.0
