No I do not have a problem with English but it appears that you do
when you say "No good for your new car if you got a spare set of alloys", you actually meant that they will be ok for your car
I think you should look at your own posts before you start questioning other people's grasp of the english language
Sorry Internet Police, I missed a comma. Main thing is the OP understood and it's saved her a wedge and bi-yearly hassle.
In my defence I was probably eating my lunch or changing a baby or both. Yuck!0 -

I doesn't matter to if people chose to use punctuation or not when posting on an internet forum
but what you posted reads to me as "No good for your new car" which is incorrect information
surely "yes they will fit your new car if you got a spare set of alloys" would have been a less confusing choice of words0 -

Read the thread, I didn't post any incorrect information.
Everyone else was offering advice on selling, whereas I raised a suggestion to get another set of wheels for them, OP saves some cash. The end.0 -

that is also not true
if you had said Could've been sorted by post 28 you would have been a bit nearer the mark0 -

Yep, the question mark at the end makes it read how you intended.
Having had a relationship with a foreigner, the way you worded it is no problem for English, but a foreigner would read it as Force Ten has.
Force Ten is English your first language? Just curious, not having a dig0 -

no scottish is my first language :rotfl::rotfl:
when OddballJamie said could have been sorted in post 14 I went back and read only post 14, since then i have gone back and read posts before and after post 14 and it does make a bit more sense
so jamie the information you posted was not incorrect, sorry, it makes more sense when you look at the whole picture0 -
I was right!
Can often tell the non English as they write 'properly'
I once asked "Does that help you think?", when it should have been "Do you think that helps?" so got a strange reply.....0
