If anyone remembers watching my niece and her partner on Homes Under The Hammer earlier this year - she gave birth to her son very late last night!:T:T

    Congratulations to Valli's niece.

Well would you believe, the setting up of my new phone is done - been putting off all week, took 7 minutes.

Dailies done except walking the dogs as it is raining. About to go and do my bit for the village.

    Catch you all later.

mrs mp I am so impressed, that's an amazing thing to do.

    Valli Congratulations to niece!

Unexpectedly lazy day yesterday, had coffee in favourite cafe with DS1, then after lunch went shopping with DD and DS1's GF. DD wanted a new bag. We came home with one for now and one as a Christmas present! I also bought some new towels from the Christy outlet, as they were 70% off, and the linen cupboard could certainly do with a refresh. I'm rather wishing I had bought another two sets, may go back...

Need to buy petrol this mornng, then I think I may do some more gardening for rest of morning. Rain forecast later, so will save indoor stuff for then.

Huge congratulations to all concerned, Valli!

Not the best start to the day7. I've just sloshed coffee over my ancient laptop which fizzed. I've made it safe but I fear it may be terminal. Now on OH's retired notebook which is asking to install updates. No idea what the password required is, so this might be a spendy spill.

Dancemum, as the 'westcountry' runs from Cheltenham to Penzance I don't know whether you're in my neck of the woods but if you are  and I hope you have a lovely time.

And  to Tracey 12 who delurked this week.
    Better is good enough.

Good morning, I am just going to update my list and then make a start.

    Monday
    Schedule Avon round

    Tuesday
Order laundry basket for ds2's room (I have decided that each child will have their own basket for dirty laundry rather than me needing to collect from around the floor)
Make a list of clothes for taking on holiday

    Wednesday
Contact BT regarding email bill that has come in for a number that I have not had for about 8 years.
Put the catch on dd's cupboard

    Thursday
Book a skip for after the holidays
Catch up with washing the dishes
Sort out a list of availability for part time job
Email part time job to let them know when I am available

    Friday
Find paperwork for the washing machine cover (I forgot that I had this and I have been trying to find the correct part, it only came to light when I check online banking yesterday)

    Saturday
Encourage kids to have some extra sleep
    Catch up with course work
Check Mr A order once it is delivered
    Organise college folders
Spend some time with the kids
Feed the animals and check for eggs
    Remember to take antibiotics

    Sunday
    Submit shop and scan information
    Visit MIL
Feed the animals and check for eggs
Make a list of clothes that are needed for going on holiday, as I will need to get them ordered
Catch up with this weeks thread
    Sort clothes for Monday
Get college homework completed for Monday
    Organise bags for Monday
    Remember to take antibiotics

I have included my list for Sunday therefore I will come back tomorrow night and update it with what else I manage to get completed this week.

Wow..MrsMP..you are a hero.thats amazing..no wonder you were shaking, you have certainly earned that glass or twoxxxx
Mrs MP ^ ^ ^ wot she said!! I think the shaking is a reaction when it comes home to you that you Saved A Life. (That was certainly the case with me, many years ago, when I rugby-tackled a large dog and stopped him running under the wheels of an oncoming car). Very well done to you. x

I'm all done except making my bed. When I brought the washing in there was a bee on my duvet cover, it wasn't letting go. I shook it, wafted it, slapped it with the pillowcase (which it then grabbed onto lol) I must have looked like lunacy embodied :rotfl:
Maybe you should have just asked her nicely to Buzz Off.:rotfl:

I was hoping we'd make some inroads into digging up the front borders, but the weather has decreed otherwise. I've already got soaked once taking Jessie out; and Mr LW refuses to go out in the rain, so that's scuppered for now.

    Howdy doody,

    Congrats Valli, lovely news!

And dusty hope DS is happy to be home and you get to have lots of lovely family meals xxx

We've been out for play, then home for lunch and found that postie had kindly left my parcel in the green bin - even shut the lid on the packaging so it didn't fall right in, IYSWIM :T

I've now stripped and remade DDs bed so that's all of us and I may even do the spare room - my mum has suggested she come and stay to do the school run on Tue as MIL can't and I'm supposed to be in an early meeting.

So we are all good upstairs (although shower screens haven't been done) and down here is just toy clutter. My next task is to decide what's for dinner.

    And my nails need attention.
