Very chuffed with my efforts - have cleared floordrobe in my bedroom and in front of dds wardrobe. Have had a good clear out - taken out all the summer stuff and outgrown things for dd, and got a MAHOOSIVE pile to sell/cs of my stuff:j Now just to get rid, hopefully making a few pennies.....

Might need to put flying on the back burner this week - as we are picking up the kitties on saturday and I need to get the utility room nice and safe and decluttered for them - I was planning to shut them in there at night and when we are out just for a few weeks while we are all getting used to each other. I'm on a conference all weekend so I'm going to miss the home-coming :( Hoping DH will be able to manage to protect cats from children single-handedly

Dusty hope things turn out well for Ds2. X

I have been reading up on uni accommodation and finance for ds1. I am trying to work out how much we will need to pay out before he receives his student loan. I'm trying to save whilst he is on a spending spree.

I have also need help him with the Ucas statement about what help he requires for his additional needs.

I need to collect him and his friend from the station soon.

Conservatory cleaned. I rang the company who built it to enquire about fixing a door and they wanted £80 just to look at it. I politely declined

I also had to ring the place who supply ds2's befriender as she didn't turn up again and didn't contact us. He spent the morning crying about not having friends again :(

No news from my job applications so I have been looking for others to apply for.

    3xwm dried outside

Builders have been to look around the mr boarded up rip ex house. Work should be starting soon.

  • LW healing vibes for Mr LW and lots of spoon winging their way to you from all here at the Skint Pitz.

Ionafan Thank you ....hospital was interesting, X-ray technician printed one of my x rays on the wrong size film, so the Consultant couldn't put in my file, so he said I could take it home for DS......he is amazed by it, but also a bit worried because it looks like I have a bicycle chain in my jaw where it is all wired up. Suffering once face ache today as although surgery has corrected 90% of the problem, the bottom jaw is still slightly skewed so I have a mouth full of rubber bands dragging my jaw front and centre........I keep having this dream that I wake up to find that DD3 has loom-banded my mouth shut, so I think sleep is going to evade me for a while until I get used to it.

Folded last of Mt Foldmore, so up to date there. A few bits of gibble slung. DS homework done with him. I want to get my outstanding paperwork mountains ready for secure destruction and proper long term filing given how volatile things have been of late, I need to get a real handle on this, but looking forward to colder weather so I can lob stuff straight to fire without having to store it first.

Ionafan could you put me down for a realistic challenge for October? Be brave enough to ask for free firewood from skips/building sites at least once a week :money:

I got some untreated miniature log roll from a lady at the dump yesterday seconds before she slung it in the recycling :money: ....no chopping required!

Going to try and rest now as exhausted TTFN
The cold never bothered me anyway

Mornng JTTOU and those who follow.

Slept until 6 which is quite good for me. Walking at 8;30 with my friend.

Dreading DS2 going back as I know I'm going to worry like mad until he is back on Saturday. At least he is good at keeping intouch.

Right morning routines to get done, see you in a bit.............
