My october challenge:
Maintain a relatively tidy and hygienic home despite the impending arrival of 2 little moggies - a very modest target!! I'm also going to try to finish ds's hoodie
just dailies so far today - big rush to get kids out to childminders this am, then 5.5 hours of the paid stuff with nowt so much as a tea break, mad rush to get home and turn around the washing machine, wash up breakfast, get tea sorted before off to school. Decluttered dd1 at dancing till 6, then fed the other 2 smalls - takes an hour from cooking to clearing as smallest small insists on being fed......
Going to do a HHC now before dragging them all out again to get biggest one :j
and off we go!.......0 -
Sorry, have read posts but can't remember any of them (still tired from long drives yesterday).
I tidied and cleaned all through the house this morning while DH popped into town and got the car cleaned (except they didn't do inside properly  ), then he put the parasol away and mowed the lawn while I made soup for lunch. That's 2 good garden jobs done, as it's now raining.
My friend A rang at lunchtime to say that she's in hospital for tests (she's been having abdominal pain) so I shall have to fit in a quick trip to see her before SW weigh-in this evening. Had thought I might make it to Ikea to get DDiL1's birthday present, but that's now ruled out and she'll have to wait for her parcel for a week or two.
Another friend (ex-teaching colleague) S came for a cuppa and a slice of cake at 2.30 and stayed until 4.00 - nice to see her and catch up.
I haven't forgotten about awarding the final stars on the September challenges list but will do it later tonight, if I can stay awake.
Re: October challenges - I will write a master list but don't expect stars or updates for a fortnight.0 -
I think that's fair ionafan its a big job keeping track of everyone x
I've collected the kiddies, had a cuddle with a very tired DD, mowed the lawn whilst dinner was cooking, finished up my last work email and switched the lappy off, eaten dinner, peeled and chopped more apples, emptied and reloaded DW and now I'm going to "deschool" DD and get her in the bath.
It's nitty night! <just checking! nothing seen! before you all start itching>Bossymoo
