Morning all, hugs where needed and get well vibes for humans and pets.

Another paperwork morning for me, but I'll take a quick look at the list and see if I can fit anything in.

    Have a great day everyone.

I added a few more stars to the September challenges in post 6 late yesterday evening. If anyone feels hardly done by, please let me know - it's more than possible that in my current stressed state I have missed some updates.

We managed to get to see my friend in hospital for half an hour yesterday evening before SW and raised a smile from her.

I had hoped to sleep from 11.30 until 7.30 this morning, but DH got up at 4.00 and said to me as he got back into bed "Sorry I disturbed you". It was that short sentence - not his getting up - that woke me and I then could not get back to sleep. So I am now in a foul mood because I am so tired, and he is in a foul mood because I am in a foul mood. I have to go to a committee meeting this morning (a 45-minute drive away) because when we set the date I promised I would do the Minutes for someone who is on holiday this week. But I doubt that I shall be in a fit state to go to choir practice tonight (which is one of my great pleasures, even if the music is sometimes very difficult) *and* pack for our week away :mad::mad:

Flying today will consist of more washing and the resulting QHI, and planting out some perennials I bought over the past fortnight which will not survive if I ignore them.

    Not a happy bunny... :(
