I received the "congratulations" email this evening, but I had emailed early to find out what was going on as I hadnt heard, I received an apologetic email within 2 hours, and the pitcher arrived two days later.

So I may end up with two but will be happy to pass the second one on to someone who missed out if i get it

What's really annoying is that the email telling us we aren't getting one has a picture of the item on it to wind us up even further!!!

I would urge as many of us as possible to complain as this is clearly a breach of contract.
