yes i just go the unsuccessful email and not happy about it they should not tell you one is on the way if they are not going to fulfill it

I received an email from you today saying that I am not eligible for a pitcher but when I originally applied for it there was no mention of until stocks last and as far as I am concerned all I had to do was give you 5 email addresses to qualify which I think constitutes as a contract between us.
I have kept my side of the bargain so I thinks it poor show I am afraid.
I take it that all the email addresses you obtained by running this promotion will be deleted off of your system as otherwise thats not a very honest way to obtain a databse.
Sorry to sound a bit off, its just that I am very disappointed as I was really looking forward to a funky pitcher and had I thought it was just a way to get free email addresses, I wouldn't have joined in.

I have just received your email saying I was unsuccessful in my application, I am getting mixed information from you.

Your email subject states I did not qualify to get the Grand Marnier pitcher ~ I did otherwise how did I get the screen shot saying my Grand Marnier pitcher would be on its way after I gave all the necessary information. Also I would not of got the email you just sent me saying that I only have not got the Grand Marnier pitcher because you have run out of stock.

If you only had a limited amount of Grand Marnier pitchers then why did you not limit the amount of people entering there details before you cut it off so this problem did not arise or are you just trying to harvest as many emails as possible from unsuspecting people. I am deeply dispirited by what's happened and my faith in Grand Marnier has taken a dive.

You say you are developing a separate offer purely and exclusively for those of you who applied for pitchers yet were unsuccessful. What is this likely to be or are you just fobbing us off as that is how it feels and if it is another offer what if I am not one of the first to enter it am I again to be told I will not be receiving anything.
