Fuming over accident

Disgraceful behaviour by the receptionist, but young people today have no empathy, they are only able to be upset if something happens to them or infringes their rights. I doubt they would be trained on how to respond either.
I hope your child is better now.Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0 -
Kris dorey you've avoided answering this, then changed the subject by saying a third party request can be refused . Yet no one has requested third party access?are you interested in assisting the op or just changing the subject to throw people off track?Erm.. I expect the name and the address of the op are supposed to be part of the report..0 -

No, I answered you fully, see my post you decided to ignore (see post 79).
Accident books only need to record full name and address for those incidents reportable under RIDDOR
See
http://www.hse.gov.uk/riddor/who-should-report.htm#public
for which
It is not appropriate for injured persons, members of the public or others who do not have duties under RIDDOR to use this reporting system.0 -

1. So you agree the OP has no right to CCTV of a third party? Good.
2. She can report it to the HSE, but your insistence that full name and address is required in the accident book when this is only needed under RIDDOR is incorrect? Good.0 -
Umm no, there actually is no need for the full name and address of accidents to be logged in the sites accident book unless they are reportable under RIDDOR. As the accident did not involve an employee , and it was "minor" then it does not fall under RIDDOR to my knowledge.
Yes this may be true .0
