Don't ring them.
If they recommend to their clients that court action should be taken then they cut themselves out of the commission loop so they won't get any money at all.
Why would they do that?

The FCN gives C2C as a Suite in Regency House, in Brighton; That is the address I wrote to. Presumably they have their mail forwarded. "Flat 2" sounds like someone's living place !!
The Property Company sacked C2C a few months ago (!), but they were in contract when the FCNs were issued.Thank you for reading this message.0 -
C2C have now disappeared from the IPC list, and instead there is a member listed as One Parking Ltd (Trading as Capital 2 Coast).
OOPS! Just noticed that One Parking Ltd also have that (...to 7/1/15) on their membership date thing.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
