Its the transitions that look the trickiest bit in a triathlon to me, and isn't that true of debt busting too? Just when you get into the swing of one discipline, you screech to a stop, have a awkward pause adjusting footwear etc, then charge off again, wobbiling at first, with muscles that are now having to work in a very different way. Thats exactly how I feel when I hit a glitch in the old DFW plan, then you get into the zone for the next stage, and before you know it, you have to swap muscle groups again!0 -
