    Good morning :)

Lovely afternoon of, managed to hoover and tidy whole downstairs, do some washing and get up to date with a few things at home.

Then went had hoss trainer, was lovely and sunny, we hacked out, trainer borrowed a yard hoss and went out together, first time hoss has been out without someone on the ground just in case, she was very good, just walk and trot. Will go further next time and see if we can get some canter in, explore the common more, but real progress has been made. Afternoons like that make every penny I spend on my hoss totally worth it :D Took a few pictures, best view in the world!

    Good morning, its friday :D

So was bad last night and spent £4 on a takeaway, was tired, dont do much these days, have organised myself today and food out of the freezer ready for later.

Thanks for dropping by, Chrysalis, after the sofa will be time to hit the Barclaycard, the 0% deal ends in February and still a super large balance there to pay off

Have already started saving for this, got £39, minimum payments equal about £100 a month so thats £500 to take these 2 of the total so still £3899 to pay :( I am determined to do it before February so as of today I have 5 months to pay it off.

£3899/5 months = £779 a month to find :rotfl:, ok so maybe not realistic but going to give it a darn good try. If worse comes to worse will go for another 0% balance offer, my Sains CC is empty so can always ask them if not will look around, but that will be last resort.

I will have £90 already towards that target which is the £30 a month free after my sofa is paid of so that will help, so in reality £3800 to find which equals £760 a month to find, wow such a difference, not!

Stubborn, determined head on, ready to try :)

Whilst I am doing the above still knocking down the parents debt by £100 a month and each month the mortgage comes down a wee bit so everything is still all heading in the right direction.

  • Sounds like a plan, if you do manage to get another 0% deal it will give you a bit of breathing space if you don't quite hit the target.

    Good morning :)

Lucielle lodger is good thanks, very quiet keeps himself to himself, has been away quite a few weekends, he goes back home to see family so get a lot of weekends just me which is lovely :)

Good weekend, saturday had a lazy one as girl pain, bah, but caught up on some recorded tv. Ordered a girth for the hoss, ordered 2 sizes as unsure exactly what will be best. £53.97 on Sains CC, but will send one back when know which is best size so that will be £25 refunded. Have also realised have run out of time to get hoss food, so have done a big order from another supplier, order a lot to get bulk discount so £199.36 on my Sains CC!! I have £75 a month budget so under, will need a few other bits like pony nuts so will be on budget just ordering early, is 3 months so will last me till pay day at the end of November. To stop interest incurring on my CC may use my emergency fund to pay of then just top back up using appropriate budget each month.

Sunday took advantage of a sunny day, gave my hoss a good groom and tidy up, trimmed feathers and tail, cleared third of my field of poo, still a lot more but maybe try and do some in the week. Made a scrummy upside down pear cake using up some soft pears, did some boring surveys and listed some new ebay items. No bids yet, have a lot of old books that arent selling on ebay so may try amazon trade in or abe books or the like.

£10 sainsburys and £10 waitrose vouchers have landed from survey sites so £20 towards my next grocery bill :)

£200 from parents today so another overpayment on the mortgage. Looking back looks like I get my annual statement end of October so be good to see how these overpayments are helping.

    Good morning :)

Day of yesterday, spendy day, bought bro in laws bday pressie, dressing gown and some work trousers for me. My dressing gown is worn out, must be over 10 years old, and needed some work trousers. Altogether £100 spent, put on Sains CC.

So my Sains CC stands at £350, be £25 refund from duplicate ordered item so £325 to pay off. Have paid £225 today which is this months hoss food and then £150 taken from my ISA, will put back for next 2 months hoss food as wont be needed so emergency fund will stay at same figures. Leaves me £100 to pay off, my expenses are due in shortly was going to put towards Bcard but I did need items above so will use the money to pay this back to 0.

One day will have a fund for clothes and presents, one day

Had a massive sort out in my wardrobe last night, have so many things that are a wee bit small or I just dont wear, always wear the same things on repeat. I have halved my wardrobe, put aside a few things to sell and have in my car boot a huge stash for cash for clothes. Going to try and take at lunchtime, hopefully a few pennies there :)

Had a statement from Bcard last night, checked my 0% deal, it ends on 24 February 2017, which is roughly around the same as my pay day. It means roughly I have another month to pay it of in so 6 months instead of 5, still a long slog but it will help :)
