So, they are still in the game. I suspect they have been quiet due to the flood of complaints which must have been made to the SRA against them. I see that boiler room scammer, Ian Brill

  • Hi I've tried to read the newbies sticky feed and I'm having a little difficulty in understanding what to do about the letter I received. Do I ignore it like all the rest that I've recieved from cps & Roxburgh or send a reply. I won't be paying but I don't want to end up in court. Thanks

That decision is no longer in your hands. The window for an independent appeal has passed and it is now up to the PPC to decide whether or not to take you to court if you don't pay. (Only the PPC or landowner can do that, not any bullying debt collectors).

You have nothing to lose by doing nothing.
  • Ok thank you much appreciated.
