  • Thanks for all your help guys, just one last thing. Is it worth saying date of letter unknown as they have printed it over their e-mail address on their letter to me, making it pretty unreadable. Or am I better off stating the date they sent it so as not to confuse them even more of who the letter relates to.

    I would put the date they sent it. :)
